Returns & Exchanges:
Because this cap is a bespoke, limited edition cap that cannot be resold, this item is non-refundable; please do take the time to measure your head - the size guide is super accurate so you shouldn't go too far wrong if you use that!
Embroidery & Delivery:
All cap embroidery is done locally in the UK. Typical embroidery times are 3 weeks (15 business days) however if they are ready earlier, you will be notified and your cap will be sent out to you via Evri or Royal Mail with 2 - 3 business days. If you are ordering to Australia, delivery times will be a little longer at 5 - 8 business days.
